House Of Hope
In The Ahr Valley

CRISIS HELP

The Disaster Relief Team of House of Hope went to the Ahr Valley in Germany a few days after the flood to actively help people. In total, the team mobilized more than 2,400 volunteers internationally to provide immediate relief, and to provide hope for those most affected.

In total, more than 1,000 houses in 14 villages were freed of dirt and mud. Every day, trauma therapy and pastoral care were offered. With eight employees, and after another year of work, the reconstruction of daycare centers and schools could begin; subsequently, further aid could be implemented.
